The two covers of Dansk Magazine for Spring/ Summer 2012 are far more just the front pages of the fashion publication – they simply blur the fashion expression in the frames of art. Without a doubt it is an excellent opportunity to celebrate 10 years of existence of the one of most independent fashion magazines in the industry. The featured models, Freja Beha Erichsen and Juliane Grüner are transformed into the muses immortalized on the brush stroke covers. The styling by Anders Sølvsten Thomsen and artisanship of Danish artist Cathrine Raben Davidsen and great cooperation with photographers create unique vision on the frontier between photography and painting effect. The cover with Freja photographed by Christian Brylle presents the model dressed up in Louise Amstrup. The second cover featuring Juliane presents the model sporting Balenciaga in the lens of Aitken Jolly.
